UCSF: Security Awareness Campaign

The information technology team at the University of California in San Francisco wanted to create awareness around the issue of data security. So we created a series of communications that highlighted the kinds of important data that could easily be lost, like medical records and patient Social Security numbers, just by misplacing a personal technology item like an iPhone.

We blanketed the UCSF campus with pull-up displays, bus boards, videos, and a microsite. The campaign was successful enough that UCSF evolved it into a ongoing monthly communications program.
