Peak experiences. The PG&E Peak Day Pricing program is one that enables customers to benefit from lower rates year-round, in exchange for paying a higher rate during several days of peak demand, which usually occur in the summer.
It did take a bit of explaining in order to put the details across, so we made sure to use friendly graphics that suggested communities coming together and everyday things like text messages.
