Our Creative Director, Christopher St. John, has experience with several different facets of the healthcare industry. You can see samples of this work below.
Christopher wrote several TV spots for Stanford Medicine, and wrote and directed dozens of radio spots focusing on a variety of specialties, including orthopedics, cardiology, and cancer. These spots were all designed to leverage the fact that Stanford was at that time the official medical sponsor of the San Francisco 49ers and several other sports teams. The goal was to make Stanford Medicine feel more approachable, so that ordinary people might choose it for their healthcare provider.
When McKesson first rolled out their “Business of Pharmacy” initiative, Christopher wrote the launch website. The strategy was to make a pitch directly to medical business decision makers, showing that McKesson had a thorough understanding of how hospitals and other large medical institutions need to operate in order to stay in the green.
Christopher also wrote a series of banners and landing pages for Humana. These were designed to engage consumers by presenting Humana as a source of useful information and resources, with a positive, healthy-living slant.
In addition, Yates Advertising worked with Blue Shield on a PPT presentation.
