10/20 Winter Gas Savings Program 
Natural gas prices were projected to increase in the winter months so PG&E created a winter gas savings program designed to provide significant savings to their residential and business customers. In addition to a multi-faceted direct mail campaigh Yates Advertising also recommended print ads to encourage participation. Considering the results, one could conclude that even though the winter may get chilly, many of PG&E’s residential and business customers were left with a warm feeling inside.
