Public Service Announcement Radio
The FCC offers two programs that provide qualified low-income consumers discounts on phone installation and basic monthly service. Unfortunately, the people of Indiana weren’t getting the message. Part of an integrated campaign to increase participation, three radio spots were created that used humor and drama to depict life without a phone. One of the spots was translated for the Hispanic market. By increasing participation in the program, this group of consumers showed just how in tune they were with our message.
